Quick Start
- Open Login page and sign in using OTP or password.
- If first login, complete profile details and save.
- From Home, review Profile Settings and contact-sharing preference.
- Add apartment/vehicle in My Assets if applicable.
- Use Incident Management to report and track issues.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in for the first time?
Go to the Login page, enter your email, and click Continue. Enter the OTP sent to your email. After verification, complete your profile on the next screen.
I did not receive OTP. What should I do?
Check spam/junk folders first. If not found, wait for the resend timer and click Resend OTP. Make sure the email entered is correct.
Where do I complete my profile?
After first login, you will be redirected to the profile completion page. Fill name, role, and flat (for Owner/Tenant) and save.
How do I update my profile later?
After login, go to Home and open Profile Settings. Update your details and click Save Changes.
How do I change my password?
After login, open the Change Password section from Home and provide your current password and new password.
How do I add my apartment/vehicle asset?
Go to Home > My Assets. Select asset type, fill details, and save. Only Owners can add apartment assets.
Who can update apartment occupancy status?
Only Owner and Admin can edit occupancy status from profile or assets flows.
How do I report an incident?
Go to Home > Incident Management, open Report Incident, fill details, and submit.
How do I report web portal related issues?
Please send an email to assetpksheritanceportal@gmail.com with the following details: Name, Phone number, Flat number, Description of the issue. Our team will review and respond accordingly.
